This challenge has been a lot of fun for me. I am still motivated to cook everyday from the cookbook. It's definitely not easy when I end up coming home from work a little later. But I take about 15 minutes to sit on the couch then I am back up and in the kitchen. The past few weeks at work have been a little crazy. But I am proud to say that cooking is starting to be relaxing after a crazy day. I started the week off with a failure. I made Jo's Fatayars. They are supposed to look like a triangle. But mine didn't hold in the oven. We still ate them, because the ingredients were still there. It didn't taste that great. I must have done something wrong! It was very dry. I am not a big fan of ground beef just to eat. That is kind of what it is... So here is my failure picture. 😂 Next I tried the deviled eggs for Bunko Night. They were really delicious!
